Mr. Michael H. Tilley, Sr. leads this
department with over 20 years of service
in the construction industry. As an
American Welding Society—Certified
Welding Inspector (AWS-CWI), ASNT—Level
II (UT), (MT), (VT), and (PT) technician
and an ICC—Master Special Inspector,
Mike and his staff have the fundamental
background in the practical means and
methods of Industrial Construction.
